The Budget & Finance Division is responsible for all financial activities which include:
- Preparing, Executing, & Monitoring the Fiscal Budget
- Acquisition Services (Purchasing)
- Maintaining Financial Statements
- Arranging Financial Reports
- Bi-Weekly Payroll
- Accounts Payable
- Public Auctions
- Grants Management
- Employee Travel Arrangements
The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office is comprehensively audited on an annual basis by the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury’s Office. Under the leadership of Sheriff Eric Watson, the Sheriff’s Office currently has zero audit findings. This is the result of an exceptional staff that communicates daily with Sheriff Eric Watson and his Command Staff.
The mission of this division is to be efficient and effective in our stewardship because we want to maintain the trust of Bradley County citizens since it is their treasure that allocates the fiscal budget.
