Roadways may be forcibly cleared and closed off to the public to allow entrance of humanitarian aid and relocation transport services.

April 4, 2020
12:01 a.m. - One of more tornadoes touched down, damaging areas of East Cleveland.

2:30 a.m. - At this time there have been 18 people found with minor injuries and 0 deaths reported.
​
2:45 a.m. - The following roads are part of the disaster area and have been shut down: Lowery St, 6th Street NE, 8th Street NE, Pea St., Carrot Street, Strawberry Lane, Lewis Street.

3:00 a.m. - Corvin Road near Wilkenson is a second area tornadoes touched down.
​
4:20 a.m. - Wright Brother's Construction has been assigned to clear the roadways in the disaster area.
